Unbound Rewards

Yes. Point earning, point balances, tiers and redemption are all live. If your balances are not showing yet, your rewards account is still being set up, and eligible purchases will be reflected once it is.

Unbound Points are the currency of Unbound Rewards. You earn them on eligible merchandise purchases and convert available points into Unbound Resonance store credit.

Points are calculated on the eligible merchandise value of an order, at the earning rate of your tier at the time the order is placed. Every tier earns at least the base rate of 10 points per $1, and higher tiers multiply it.

Shipping, taxes, duties and tips do not earn points. Neither do Store Credit Reload or gift card purchases, or any part of an order paid using store credit or a gift card.

Points redeem on a ladder. The more you redeem in one go, the more each point is worth. The smallest redemption is 5,000 points for $5 store credit; the largest is 50,000 points for $100 store credit, which is double the base value. The full ladder is above.

The base rate is 10 points per $1 spent on eligible merchandise, so 5,000 points reflects $500 of eligible spend at the base rate.

Two things must both be true. The order must have cleared, and at least 7 full days must have passed since the order was confirmed as delivered. Until then the points are held as pending.

If the carrier never confirms delivery, for example when tracking is not supported, the points become available 21 days after the order ships instead.

Pending is the normal starting state for every point you earn. The hold protects the program against orders that are later cancelled, reversed or charged back.

The order has been paid successfully, has not been cancelled or voided, has not been refunded, has no failed payment, has no open chargeback or payment reversal, and has not been identified as fraudulent.

From the confirmed delivery timestamp reported by the carrier. Not from the order date, the payment date, the date a shipping label was created, or an estimated delivery date.

Your available points are shown at the top of this page when you are signed in. Tap one of the amounts listed there to convert points into store credit. Redemption is in fixed amounts, not partial — you pick one of the six amounts each time.

All Unbound Resonance sales are final, apart from damaged, defective or incorrect items covered by our Refund Policy. If an order is cancelled before fulfillment, refunded at our discretion, or reversed through a chargeback, the points and qualifying spend tied to that merchandise are removed. If the points were still pending they are cancelled; if they had already become available they are deducted.

Yes. Tiers are based on your qualifying spend over the last 12 months. Each tier lasts 12 months from the day you reach it, and on your reset date it is re-checked. If you have not spent enough in the previous 12 months to keep it, you move to the tier your spend supports.

Cancellations, discretionary refunds and chargebacks also reduce qualifying spend and can lower your tier.

No. The Ascendant $50 and Unbound $100 credits are issued once per customer account, permanently. Regaining a tier restores its ongoing benefits, such as the earning rate and early access, but never the one-time credit.

No. Only eligible merchandise value earns points and counts toward tier qualification.

No. Store Credit Reload and gift card purchases are excluded. They add value to an account rather than buying merchandise, so they earn no points and do not count toward your qualifying spend. Spending that credit later on merchandise does not earn points either, since the same money would otherwise be counted twice.

Reach the next tier's threshold in qualifying spend within 12 months. You move up as soon as you cross it, and your new tier lasts 12 months from that day. Your progress is shown at the top of this page when you are signed in.

Your tier lasts 12 months from the day you reach it. To keep it, reach that tier's threshold again in qualifying spend over those 12 months. Your reset date is shown at the top of this page when you are signed in.

We look at your qualifying spend over the previous 12 months. If it still meets your tier's threshold, you keep your tier for another 12 months. If not, you move to the tier your last 12 months of spend supports. Your points and store credit are not affected.

Yes. Reaching a higher tier starts a new 12-month period from the day you move up, so you always get a full year at your new tier.

Unbound Resonance may grant a tier to certain members, such as sponsored athletes or giveaway winners. A granted tier stays in place until we change or remove it and does not have a reset date.

If you earn a higher tier through your own spending, you receive the higher tier. If that earned tier is not requalified, you return to your granted tier, never below it. Granted tiers do not include one-time tier credits.

No. Available points remain on your account until you redeem them, even if your tier changes.

No. Points and store credit are tied to a single customer account and cannot be transferred, sold or combined with another account.

No. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, except where required by law.

Unbound is the only tier with early access. Unbound members can shop eligible drops during the 10-minute window before the drop opens to everyone else. Early access lasts while you hold Unbound, so it stops if you do not requalify on your reset date, and it does not guarantee that any item will still be available.
