Unbound Resonance LLC operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with us.

Personal Information We Collect

• Contact details including your name, address, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address.
• Financial information including payment card information and transaction details, processed securely through our payment providers.
• Order information including items you view, add to cart, or purchase.
• Gift card and store credit information including gift cards saved to your account, their balances and the last characters of their codes, and your store credit balance, reloads, and transactions.
• Unbound Rewards information including your points balances, tier, qualifying spend, tier dates, and redemption history.
• Military verification status if you use our Support Our Troops discount. Verification is handled by GOVX ID; we receive confirmation of eligibility, not your service documents.
• Communications including information you include when contacting customer support.
• Device and usage information including your IP address, browser, and how you interact with the site.

Where We Get It

We collect personal information directly from you (for example when you create an account, place an order, sign up for emails, or contact us); automatically from your device through cookies and similar technologies; and from our service providers, such as the payment processor that confirms your payment, GOVX ID when it confirms military eligibility, and Shopify when you sign in with Shop or use Shop Pay.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to fulfill orders, process payments, manage gift cards, store credit and Unbound Rewards on your account, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and, where you've opted in, send you marketing communications.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, some features of our e-commerce platform and some advertising and analytics tools may share information about your activity on our site for targeted advertising, which counts as a "sale" or "sharing" under some state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time through Your Privacy Choices, and we honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out request for that browser. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Service Providers

We share personal information with service providers who help us operate the Services: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, our email marketing platform (Klaviyo), our military verification provider (GOVX ID), and the hosting provider that runs our gift card, store credit and rewards tools. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.

Our store runs on Shopify. Shopify processes personal information on our behalf, and for certain features you choose to use, such as Shop Pay or signing in with Shop, Shopify also processes your information on its own behalf under the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

Where Your Information Is Stored

We ship only within the United States, but our service providers may store or process your information outside the United States, including in Canada, where Shopify is headquartered. When that happens, your information is protected by the provider's contractual and legal safeguards.

Notice of Financial Incentive

California law treats programs that offer benefits in exchange for personal information as "financial incentives." We offer two:

• Unbound Rewards. Customers with an account earn points on eligible purchases, which can be redeemed for store credit, and can reach tiers with added benefits. The program uses your contact details, account information, purchase history, qualifying spend and rewards activity. Full terms are on the Unbound Rewards page.
• Newsletter discount. When you sign up for our email list, we offer a one-time 15% discount on your order. This uses your email address and your email engagement.

How to opt in: you join Unbound Rewards by creating an account and making eligible purchases, and you receive the newsletter offer by signing up for our email list. How to withdraw: you can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email, and you can leave Unbound Rewards at any time by emailing support@unboundresonance.com. Leaving the program ends future points and tier benefits.

Value of your data: we do not assign a separate value to individual customers' personal information. In good faith, we estimate that the value of the information used for these programs is reasonably related to the value of the benefits provided, based on our expected costs of the discounts, points and store credit issued compared with the related sales.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, or correct your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your data for targeted advertising. California residents can exercise these rights via Your Privacy Choices or by emailing support@unboundresonance.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission, and if we decline a request you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. We keep gift card, store credit and rewards records for as long as your account or a balance remains open, and as needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and legal purposes. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
