Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and when your order is placed (orders placed on weekends or holidays may take longer to begin processing).

Shipping Time

Delivery times after an order ships vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has left our hands. If your order arrives damaged, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@unboundresonance.com with your order number so we can look into it.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
