This website is operated by Unbound Resonance LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this site.
3. Products and Pricing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the amount charged. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Product images are representative; actual colors may vary slightly due to display settings.
5. Sales Policy
All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.
6. Gift Cards and Store Credit
Gift cards. A gift card can be used by anyone who has its code, so keep your codes private. You can save a gift card to your account on the Your Gift Cards page. If a gift card is already linked to a different account, saving it moves its full balance to a new gift card in your account and the original code stops working. Gift cards can be used on merchandise only and have no cash value except where required by law.
Store credit. Store credit belongs to the account it was issued to, can't be transferred or sold, and has no cash value except where required by law. You must be logged in to use it at checkout.
Store Credit Reloads. Reloads are available in whole-dollar amounts from $1 to $1,000 per order and must be paid by credit or debit card. Reloads are non-refundable except where required by law. We may review, delay, or decline any reload we suspect is fraudulent, and if a reload payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, we may remove the matching store credit from your account.
Misuse. We may suspend gift card or store credit use, or cancel balances obtained through fraud, stolen payment methods, code guessing, or other misuse of the Service.
7. Unbound Rewards
Unbound Rewards is our loyalty program. Participation is governed by the program terms on the Unbound Rewards page, which form part of these Terms. Points and tier benefits are promotional, have no cash value, and cannot be sold or transferred. We may modify or discontinue the program with notice, subject to applicable law. Information about the data used for the program is in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, graphics, and designs — is the property of Unbound Resonance LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe our or others' intellectual property rights, to harass or defame others, to attempt to guess or misuse gift card codes, to abuse promotions or the rewards program, or to submit false or misleading information.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
11. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Apart from that, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no other express warranties about the site or the products sold through it, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law, including your rights under the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and similar consumer protection laws. Where such rights apply, they control over anything in this section.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unbound Resonance LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Unbound Resonance LLC harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply to purchases made and use of the site after the update is posted.
